Terms and Conditions:

1. 30-Day Return Policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

3. Initiating a Return:

- Returns must be sent to the address provided upon contacting us.

4. Return Process:
- If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package will be provided.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items.

- Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

8. Exchanges:
- The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original purchase, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification.
- Similar eligibility criteria as mentioned in section 2 apply.

10. Refunds:

- Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
